This is a c. 1954 Cinelli Mod. SC track bike. Note: crest decal on fork blades, panels on seat tube and down tube, green oxidation on top tube from copper flake used in paint, badged stem, larger sized head tube badge, Cinelli headset with clip, BSA chainring, FB large flange hubs, and very early fork crown. This was owned and raced by the late Ray Florman of St. Louis.
