I bought this frame from a collector in North Carolina who had some incredible bikes like the red drillium Paramount in my gallery. Every bike and frame that he had was very special in some way- but this frame doesn't bear any indication of who made it. It has an Italian-threaded bottom bracket shell and Campy dropouts. There are at least 2 features that are shared by early Colnagos: the holes in the points of the fork crown and the holes in the bottom bracket shell. There are several features that are not anything like any Colnagos I have seen: non-fluted seat stay caps, lack of clover/club cutouts in the lugs, and a decorative hole in the non-drive side bottom bracket cable guide. It has been poorly repainted and some misc decals have been applied.

Does anyone have any clues as to what marque this is?  Please share your ideas/insight on the CR list, or email me at jb(at sign)velostuf(dot)com.
