Kalavinka is a revered name in Japanese keirin racing. This custom NJS certified frame built by Akio Tanabe has never been ridden. 51 cm seat tube ctc, 53 cm top tube, 5.5 cm bottom bracket drop, 74 degree seat angle, 72.5 degree head angle and 38 mm fork offset, 40.5 cm chainstays, 56.5 cm bottom bracket to fork tips. Built with Kaisei quadruple-butted 8630 tubing for greater stiffness and lightness. Kalavinka's custom curved seatstays, Kalavinka custom investment lugs throughout, Kalavinka signature head tube lug, Kalavinka signature seat lug and seatstay caps, Kalavinka signature flat-top keirin fork crown and Kalavinka Special Exhibition bottom bracket. Custom Senja-Fuda on the seat tube (a prayer offered for the success of the rider, custom composed and scribed for the user). Classic Kalavinka hand-painted brass headtube badge. Kalavinka name written in Kanji script on the downtube. Hatta Swan headset and bottom bracket, both installed by Tanabe himself and hand polished on all bearing races. Both headset and bottom bracket are NJS.
